This policy explains how to cancel a GrowthOnline membership, how subscription renewals work, and how to request a refund or report a payment issue.
Review the subscription price, renewal schedule, cancellation procedure and refund eligibility before completing your purchase. Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
GrowthOnline provides subscription-based access to digital marketing resources, which may include social media images, videos, captions, AI prompt ideas, industry-specific content and advertising inspiration.
The Business Membership is priced at ₹1,499 per month and is intended to provide access to the industry and features included in the purchased plan.
The Reseller Membership is priced at ₹4,999 per month and is intended for freelancers and agencies requiring access to multiple industries for permitted client work.
These are the listed standard monthly prices. The amount payable may differ where a valid promotion, applicable tax or other clearly disclosed checkout adjustment applies.
The checkout page will specify the applicable amount, billing interval, payment method and any applicable tax before you complete your purchase.
Unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise, monthly memberships are intended to renew automatically at the end of each billing period when recurring billing is enabled and authorised.
By completing a recurring subscription purchase, you authorise the payment method and payment provider to process renewal payments in accordance with the payment authorisation and terms presented during checkout.
Renewal payments depend on the payment method, provider, applicable authentication requirements and successful payment processing. A renewal may fail if a payment is declined, authorisation is unavailable or another processing issue occurs.
You should review the renewal amount and billing schedule before subscribing. Where required, we or our payment provider will provide applicable renewal notices or payment notifications.
You can request cancellation before the next renewal to prevent future subscription charges, subject to the payment provider's processing and cancellation rules.
You may request cancellation of your GrowthOnline membership using the subscription management option made available in your account or by contacting our support team.
If an account cancellation option is not available, contact us using the details in Section 13. Include the email address associated with your membership and enough information to identify the subscription.
Do not send your password, complete card number, card security code or payment account credentials in a support request.
A cancellation request is not complete merely because you close your browser, stop visiting the website or uninstall an application. Please obtain confirmation of cancellation.
When a cancellation is successfully processed, future recurring renewals for the cancelled subscription should stop in accordance with the subscription terms and payment provider's processing.
Unless your checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise, cancelling a monthly subscription does not automatically generate a refund for a payment already collected.
Access may continue until the end of the period already paid for, or may end earlier where required by the applicable plan terms, a lawful suspension, a security concern or another disclosed service condition. The access end date should be confirmed in your account or cancellation confirmation.
After access ends, you may lose the ability to browse or download members-only resources. You should download any content you are entitled to retain before your access expires, subject to its licence and any applicable restrictions.
Cancelling a subscription does not transfer ownership of GrowthOnline's content or grant any additional rights to redistribute, resell or share library assets.
Because GrowthOnline provides digital memberships and access to downloadable resources, refunds may depend on the reason for the request, the extent of service use, the applicable checkout terms and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
We will review refund requests on their individual facts. Reasons for review may include:
If you experience a technical issue, please contact support first so we can investigate and, where appropriate, attempt to restore the service or correct the problem.
Approval is not automatic merely because a request is submitted. However, we will not use this policy to deny a refund, remedy or other right that you are legally entitled to receive.
Subject to applicable law and the specific checkout terms, a refund may not be available solely because:
These examples do not override mandatory consumer protections, valid withdrawal rights where applicable, a billing error, a failure to provide the purchased service or another circumstance where a refund is legally required.
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us with the transaction references, dates and amounts. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate correction or refund for a verified duplicate charge.
A failed or pending payment may not represent a completed charge. If money appears to have been debited despite a failed checkout, contact us and your payment provider so the transaction can be checked. Any reversal or refund depends on the actual transaction status and the provider's procedures.
If you do not recognise a payment, contact our support team promptly. You should also contact your bank or payment provider if you suspect unauthorised activity.
If you believe you were charged an incorrect amount, provide your order reference and the amount displayed at checkout. We will review the order and correct verified billing errors as appropriate.
To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Us page or business support email.
Please include:
We may ask for reasonable additional information to verify the transaction and prevent fraudulent refund requests. Do not send sensitive payment credentials.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 3 business days and provide an update or decision within 7 business days where reasonably practicable. Complex cases may take longer, and these are service targets rather than a guarantee or a restriction on any legally required deadline.
If a request is declined, you may contact us for clarification or provide additional relevant information for review.
Once a refund is approved, we will initiate it through the applicable payment provider or another appropriate method.
The time it takes for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider, bank, payment method and relevant processing procedures. We cannot guarantee a specific settlement date controlled by a third party.
Where a payment provider supplies a refund reference or transaction identifier, we may share it with you to help you follow up with your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where supported and appropriate, subject to applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
Promotional pricing, coupon codes, introductory offers and special membership terms may have additional conditions. Any such conditions should be displayed before purchase.
After an introductory offer expires, the subscription may renew at the standard price stated during checkout unless cancelled or otherwise specified.
The existence of a discount does not remove any refund, cancellation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. Where a refund is approved for a discounted order, the amount will be determined by the applicable terms, the actual amount paid and applicable law.
GrowthOnline may operate an affiliate programme that rewards eligible referrals. Affiliate commissions are governed by the separate affiliate programme terms.
Where a referred subscription is cancelled, refunded, reversed or identified as fraudulent, the related commission may be adjusted, withheld or reversed in accordance with the affiliate programme terms and applicable law.
Affiliate commissions are not customer refunds. An affiliate must not promise a customer a refund on behalf of GrowthOnline unless authorised to do so.
Questions about an affiliate payout should be submitted separately with the relevant affiliate and transaction references.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unauthorised account sharing, security risks, unlawful conduct, serious violations of our Terms & Conditions or misuse of licensed content.
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect customers, content, payment systems or the platform.
If we discontinue a paid service or terminate a membership for reasons not attributable to your breach, we will assess any applicable refund, credit or other remedy under the applicable terms and law.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. The version applicable to a transaction will be considered alongside any specific terms accepted at checkout.
If you need to cancel a subscription, request a refund, report a duplicate charge or raise a billing complaint, please contact GrowthOnline.
