These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of GrowthOnline, including our membership plans, digital content library, AI prompt resources, advertising inspiration and related services.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy. Where applicable law requires specific disclosures, notices or consent, those requirements continue to apply.
GrowthOnline operates a digital content membership platform intended to help businesses, freelancers and digital agencies discover social media content, marketing creative ideas, captions, AI prompts and advertising inspiration.
Our website is https://growthonline.online/ .
In these terms, “GrowthOnline”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating the website and services. “You” and “your” refer to a visitor, account holder, subscriber or other person using our services.
Before publishing, insert your actual legal business or proprietor name and any required business identification and address details in Section 22.
By accessing our website, registering an account, purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the services. If you purchase a membership for a business or agency, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are under the age required to enter into such an agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the service only where legally permitted and with any required parent or guardian involvement.
Some features require you to create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may take reasonable steps to protect accounts and investigate suspected misuse.
GrowthOnline may offer different membership tiers. The features, content access, permitted uses and limitations applicable to your subscription are those described at checkout and in the relevant plan information.
The Business Membership is intended for a business that wants access to content for one selected industry. Depending on the features available at the time, it may include:
The Reseller Membership is intended for freelancers and agencies that need access to multiple industries for permitted client projects. Depending on the features available, it may include access to all available industry libraries and agency-focused content workflows.
A feature listed as planned, under development or unavailable is not guaranteed to be operational at the time of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to describe the features actually included in each purchasable plan accurately.
Access is subject to your account being in good standing, successful payment where required, the applicable content licence and any stated fair-use or technical limits.
Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, the listed memberships are monthly subscriptions priced in Indian rupees. The final amount payable, including applicable taxes or disclosed adjustments, will be shown before purchase.
Payments may be processed through SureCart and compatible third-party payment providers, including Razorpay where enabled. Payment providers may apply their own terms, authentication requirements and processing procedures.
Where recurring billing is enabled and authorised, your membership may renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorise the relevant payment method to be charged according to the price and billing schedule disclosed at checkout.
If a payment fails or remains pending, access may be delayed, restricted or suspended until the payment status is resolved. We or the payment provider may notify you of the issue where appropriate.
Applicable taxes, invoices and transaction records will be handled in accordance with the checkout information and applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
We may change prices for future purchases or renewals, subject to applicable law and any required notice or consent. Where a price change affects an existing subscription, we will communicate it and provide any cancellation rights required by law before the revised price takes effect.
Subscription cancellation, refund eligibility, duplicate charges, payment errors and refund processing are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy .
You may request cancellation through the available account subscription controls or by contacting support. Cancellation should stop future renewals once successfully processed, subject to payment-provider timing and the subscription terms.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for an amount already charged. Refunds remain subject to the applicable policy, checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights.
If a payment is duplicated, incorrectly collected or otherwise requires correction, contact us with the transaction details so that we can investigate.
The GrowthOnline platform, including its software, interface, original written material, branding, arrangement and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to GrowthOnline, subject to third-party rights.
Individual images, videos, fonts, music, templates, graphics and other media may belong to third-party creators or licensors. Their individual licence terms may apply in addition to these terms.
During an active eligible membership, you may download and use content for the purposes permitted by your plan and the relevant asset licence. Permitted uses may include creating social media posts, marketing materials and client deliverables where the applicable licence allows it.
Unless expressly authorised in writing by the relevant rights holder and GrowthOnline where required, you must not:
A membership does not transfer copyright ownership to you. Your rights to continue using downloaded materials after cancellation depend on the applicable licence, the asset's terms and any relevant restrictions.
A Business Membership provides access to the industry and features associated with that plan. It is intended for the subscriber's own business and its permitted marketing activities.
Unless expressly included in the plan, you may not use a Business Membership to provide multiple unrelated clients with separate access to the complete GrowthOnline library, operate a content-reselling service or bypass the access restrictions of the Reseller Membership.
You are responsible for checking that a downloaded asset is appropriate for the intended publication, that the relevant licence allows your use, and that your posts comply with the rules of the social media platform where they appear.
The Reseller Membership is intended for freelancers, agencies and other professionals who produce marketing materials for their clients using content permitted by the applicable licence.
Subject to the specific asset licence, a reseller may be permitted to:
The Reseller Membership does not automatically grant the right to resell or redistribute original, unmodified library files, provide clients with direct library access, sublicense third-party assets or claim ownership of materials owned by other parties.
If you need to supply editable source files, raw video assets, templates or stock files to clients, verify that the relevant licence specifically allows this use before doing so.
Team seats, white-label rights, client accounts, usage limits and other agency features are included only when expressly described as available in the plan.
GrowthOnline may provide prompts, descriptions, captions and creative instructions to help you generate or adapt content using third-party AI tools.
AI prompts are suggestions, not guarantees. Different AI platforms, models, settings and input materials may produce different results. We do not guarantee that an AI-generated image or video will exactly match a library example or be suitable for every commercial purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it. This includes checking for factual errors, misleading claims, inappropriate material, intellectual-property concerns and applicable advertising requirements.
Third-party AI platforms are governed by their own terms, privacy policies and usage rules. Do not submit confidential, personal or proprietary information to an AI platform unless you are authorised to do so and understand the platform's data practices.
GrowthOnline may provide advertising inspiration, campaign examples, public ad references, videos, screenshots or information about advertising creatives and their observed status.
Such materials are supplied for research and educational inspiration. An observed advertisement may stop running, change or become unavailable after it is recorded.
Where status information is shown, its source and observation date should be provided where reasonably available. We do not guarantee that any example is currently active, profitable, approved by an advertising platform or suitable for your business.
We do not claim ownership of third-party advertisements merely by referencing them. Their use remains subject to applicable intellectual-property rights and platform terms.
You are responsible for complying with advertising laws, platform policies, industry-specific requirements and any restrictions applicable to the products or services you promote.
If the platform allows you to upload a business logo, brand asset, text or other material, you retain whatever rights you already hold in that material.
You grant GrowthOnline the limited permission reasonably necessary to store, process, display and use those materials to provide the features you request, maintain the service and provide support.
You confirm that:
We do not claim ownership of your logo merely because you upload it. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important files.
GrowthOnline may offer an affiliate programme that rewards eligible referrals. Participation is subject to any separate affiliate agreement, eligibility requirements, attribution rules, payout requirements and promotional restrictions.
Any commission percentage, qualifying subscription, attribution window, payout schedule and recurring commission arrangement must be confirmed in the current affiliate programme terms. A commission is payable only when the applicable conditions have been satisfied.
Affiliates must not:
Commissions may be reviewed, adjusted or reversed in accordance with the affiliate terms where transactions are refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
You must not use GrowthOnline to:
We may investigate suspected misuse and take proportionate action, including restricting access or terminating an account, subject to applicable law and the procedures described in these terms.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, hosting issues, third-party service outages, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Content libraries may change as we add, replace, correct or remove assets because of licensing, quality, security, technical or operational reasons.
We may modify or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary. Where a change materially affects an existing paid membership, we will provide notice or an appropriate remedy where required by the applicable terms or law.
We do not guarantee that every asset, industry, integration or planned feature will remain available indefinitely.
You may stop using the service and cancel your membership in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address serious violations of these terms, suspected fraud, unlawful activity, security risks, non-payment or infringement of third-party rights.
Where reasonably practicable, we will notify you of the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. We may take immediate action where necessary to protect users, rights holders, payment systems or the platform.
If your account is terminated, your access to the membership library may end. Any continuing rights to use content already downloaded will depend on the applicable licence and the reason for termination.
Any refund due following termination will be assessed under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
GrowthOnline provides content, prompts and marketing inspiration to assist with creative work. We do not guarantee particular engagement levels, sales, leads, advertising performance, revenue, search rankings or business outcomes.
Content is supplied for general creative and informational purposes. You should independently verify information that is important to your business, especially claims relating to health, finance, legal matters, products or regulated industries.
To the extent permitted by law, third-party services and integrations are subject to their own availability, terms and limitations.
Nothing in these terms excludes any warranty, guarantee or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GrowthOnline will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, including certain lost profits, lost opportunities or business interruption arising from use of the service.
We are not responsible for outcomes caused by your misuse of content, your failure to verify AI-generated material, your breach of a third-party licence or the independent actions of third-party services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where the law prohibits such a limitation, death or personal injury where legally non-excludable, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Any permitted limitation of liability will be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protections and other applicable law.
Our collection and use of personal information are explained in our Privacy Policy:
By using the service, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
Where a specific form of consent is legally required, these terms do not replace that consent.
If you have a complaint about access, content, payments, subscriptions or our services, please contact us first using the details in Section 22 so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
We will review complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable period, subject to the nature of the complaint and any applicable statutory deadlines.
These terms are intended to be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any governing-law, jurisdiction or dispute-resolution provision must be finalised based on your actual business location and applicable legal advice. Nothing here removes a right to approach a consumer forum, regulator or court where that right is provided by law.
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our platform, business operations, payment arrangements or legal obligations.
We will update the revision date when the terms change and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law. Changes to existing paid subscriptions will be handled consistently with applicable law and any required notice or cancellation rights.
We encourage you to review this page periodically.
